Most people think that stress is just a common part of life, and while that’s true, it isn’t as innocuous as you may think. Prolonged periods of stress can actually be dangerous, and there are many ways that stress can harm your body and your life. Not only does stress affect your heart and your immune system, it can also affect your bones. Studies have found evidence that low bone density can actually be associated with high levels of stress.
