Is detoxing the right option for you?

Did you know that your body can naturally detoxify itself? The body is an incredible thing, and it can remove the vast majority of toxins and waste, but sometimes, it needs a little help. In today’s world, there are more toxins all around us than ever before, and the only way to get them out of your system is to detox. In our last blog series, we talked about the physical and mental benefits of using our far infrared therapy mats to detox, but is detoxing the right option for you? The following is a list of a few signs that you need to detox:

#1. You’re having trouble sleeping.

While you sleep, your body is working hard to clean and maintain itself. If you are having a difficult time getting enough sleep at night, it could be a sign that there are just too many toxins for your body to keep up with.

#2. You don’t have a lot of energy.

Do you have to keep refilling your coffee mug in order to make it through the day? Sluggishness or fatigue is a common sign that there are toxins in your body that are preventing you from feeling lively and energetic. Detoxing helps to flush those toxins so you can get your energy back!

#3. You can’t seem to focus.

When there are too many toxins in the body, it can cause the brain to feel foggy and unfocused. If you find yourself constantly getting distracted at work, it may be time to detox!
