There are many signs that you should detox.

One of the many benefits of using our far infrared mats is that they help to detox the body by increasing circulation to the sweat glands. Detoxing is beneficial in many ways, but not everyone takes advantage of it. In our last blog, we went over a few of the many signs that you need to detox. Today, we will be finishing up this blog series with these last few signs that you need to detox:

#4. You have indigestion.

If you suffer from indigestion, it could be a sign that toxins are creating blockages in your digestive tract and preventing it functioning properly.  Cleansing your body of these toxins can help to relieve indigestion and promote proper digestive tract functioning.

#5. You are chronically stressed.

In most cases, stress is how your body tells you that something is wrong, and that something may be excess toxins and waste in your system. Detoxing may help to relieve some of that stress and enhance your feelings of wellbeing.

#6. You have body odor.

If you have a relatively healthy lifestyle but you have bad odor all over your body, it could be your body’s way of telling you that you need to detox. Detoxing your body may help to eliminate some of the bad odors.

#7. You have trouble losing weight.

Have you started eating healthier and exercising with no luck? If there is a buildup of waste and toxins in your body, it can prevent it from absorbing the vitamins and nutrients it needs, which could hinder your weight loss. Detoxing may help you to finally start losing weight.
